Criminal-record and social-profile search option.
View Records Sponsored partner optionArkansas has replaced the old CourtConnect emphasis with Search ARCourts, a public case-information portal for courts using the state’s Contexte system. It can reveal parties, filings and case events, but participation and public-access rules still matter, so the filing court remains the authority for case-specific record questions.
Circuit courts provide statewide statistical information, while document and district-court coverage can vary.
Use Search ARCourts to research public Arkansas court case information from participating courts. Confirm the filing court and case number, review available public filings or events, and contact the court where the case was filed when the portal does not provide the needed record.
| Detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Court name | Shows whether the case is within Search ARCourts participation and where the file is held. |
| Case number | Provides the exact case key for online and local follow-up. |
| Filing entry | Identifies the document or event tied to the research question. |
| Case status | Helps distinguish active proceedings from completed dispositions. |
Arkansas Judiciary states that all circuit courts provide required statistical information, while additional case detail depends on court use of the Contexte system and district-court participation. A statewide search can therefore be very useful without being universal in the same way for every court.
The service also follows Arkansas rules on nonpublic information. When a result does not show the expected document, or when a case-specific question requires confirmation, contact the court where the matter was filed. That court can distinguish a true absence from a portal limitation, a confidentiality rule or a record that exists only in the local file.
